Faisal moved to the UK in 2006 from Bangladesh for his higher studies. He completed his BA in International Hotel Management 2010 from the University of Wales. Currently, he's doing MA in Business Studies at the University of Suffolk. Before joining Bangladesh Unbound, Faisal worked at Ria Money Transfer for a short period. Later he joined Amazon UK and performed for a few years after joining Blueline Taxis, UK. In every place Faisal worked, whether the 'Customers' were internal or external, he was dedicated to customer service and creating a positive outcome for each customer, which helped all the companies, including Bangladesh Unbound, to develop their business further. He has travelled to many countries, including the United States, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, China, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Faisal enjoys helping people realise their travel dreams and believes Bangladesh Unbound is positioned well to provide excellent service to travellers. Faisal loves spending time with his kids during his free time and travelling worldwide. He prefers to visit out-of-the-way destinations, getting to know the authentic culture, beautiful landscapes and unique cuisine.
