Farjana M.
One thing that Farjana loves more than travelling is helping travellers have a memorable experience with complete mental ease. She has a Master's in Psychology and a Bachelor's in the same field from Bangladesh. Farjana achieved First Class with Distinctions on both her graduation and post-graduation. Currently, she is working on her Post-Graduation Diploma in Clinical Psychology. From a young age, she travels almost all over Bangladesh due to her parent's Govt. job. In early 2016 Arafat introduced her to David. At that time, she knew the difficulties of being a solo or group traveller, especially a foreigner. These circumstances let her think deeply and encouraged her to do something in the tourism sector of Bangladesh. It's not an easy task for a conservative Muslim woman out from home and involved in a business. David is the man who inspired Farjana to establish Bangladesh Unbound. After completing her study, she started this company as a start-up project despite joining any desk job or Govt. service. Farjana is one of the woman entrepreneurs amongst the very few currently in Bangladesh working and running her business successfully in the tourism sector with an excellent reputation. She is also a passionate cook and handicraft artisan in Bangladesh. Farjana loves figuring complex situations out, a skill that has allowed her to contribute to the management and Customer Experience Team at Bangladesh Unbound. In 2019 she got married. Her husband was also involved with the business to support her.
