Srabani loves helping others, so she has always worked in Customer Service. Having a Master's in Chemistry, she tried various roles, from education and management to making artistic designs with colours for different religious and cultural festivals, and then as a professional artist. Her primary job is to provide possibly the best service to address customer issues and resolve them promptly and efficiently. Support reps interact with customers on various phone, email, and social media channels, immediately addressing all valid customer concerns. Srabani's interests are travelling, dinner parties, Bollywood movies and music. She is listening to the rain, reading books and cuddling cats. Srabani hopes to visit Canada shortly and one day live by the sea.
