David J.

Chief Technical Advisor & Founder

After visiting Bangladesh in 2016, he fell in love with this beautiful country and became a perfect friend of Farjana (CEO & Founder) and Arafat (Director of Operations & Founder). Bringing a conservative Muslim woman out of her home and engaging her in business is challenging. David is the man who inspired Farjana to establish Bangladesh Unbound. From the beginning, he supported and helped Farjana in many ways. Because of his effortless support, Bangladesh Unbound honoured him as a Founder. Originally from Scotland, he currently lives in Brighton on the south coast of the UK. David is a keen photographer and travels extensively to capture moments and tell stories. David had a MA in Design for Interactive Media from Middlesex University in 1997 and BA in Printed Textiles (1st) Duncan of Jordanstone, Dundee 1993.
