Rubel is originally from Sylhet, the North-Eastern part of Bangladesh. He comes from a middle-class family. Rubel has his BCom and MCom in Accounting from Madan Mohan College, Sylhet, under the National University of Bangladesh in 2016 and 2018. He is doing his CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. Before joined to Bangladesh Unbound, Rubel worked in the tourism industry in Dhaka and Chittagong for short periods. He has had the opportunity to travel to some countries like India, Malaysia and Nepal, and he very much enjoyed learning about nature, traditions and cuisine in these places from locals. He is genuinely down-earth and can always keep his head cool. Rubel likes to keep numbers on track and genuinely aims to help others; this combination of skills has allowed him to contribute to the administration and the Accounting team at Bangladesh Unbound. Rubel is always ready to take on challenges and often extends his helping hand to his team members to support them.
